Our company is looking for a person for our front office to run the business from the clerical side.
Greet customers and take down job information.
Create Purchase orders, Receive Parts and assign parts to jobs.
Receive packing slips, and enter bills from vendors.
Call customers and keep them informed of jobs in progress.
Call vendors and request parts information and pricing.
Enter employee job time into system. Call in payroll to payroll company.
* Office experience. * High School Diploma or a college degree
* Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
* Strong knowledge of Quick Books Enterprise and MS Office programs
