Searching for an administrative personal assistant who can assist a Real Estate Agent/Licensed Assistant and Marketing Director to help improve productivity in the office. This person needs to have the desire to learn, be proactive, meet the needs of the team, and contribute to a positive presence in the workplace.
Responsibilities: Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, setting up meetings, buying supplies and running errands. Learn how to measure and photograph houses. Compile brochure and update website(s) with instruction.
Skills: Excellent computer skills and the ability to pick up on new technology necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and dependable car. High School diploma/GED required.
