We are currently seeking a Microsoft Windows engineer to join our team in the designing, building, hardening, and remediation of industrial control systems and the networks to which they are connected.
The Microsoft Windows engineer engages in cutting edge cyber security
designing, building, and optimizing networks, as well as staying in front of risk and implementing new capabilities.
The Microsoft Windows engineer advises the client on applying enterprise policy by: developing, documenting, and implementing processes and procedures; implementing security controls and designing and configuring server and workstation Windows operating systems and applications; establishing Active Domain Services, establishing individual, device, service, privileged, and group accounts, and ensuring application of least privilege throughout the enterprise; analyzing system use; and collecting and analyzing log data, and identifying and remediating risk.
The Microsoft Windows engineer engages in planning and conducting site surveys, preparing survey reports, advising clients on priority of security issues, evaluation of solutions, and preparation of statements of work, evaluating designing and building of solutions.
The Microsoft Windows engineer also monitors the market for changes in Microsoft server and workstation and operating systems, services, and applications, and Microsoft security threat information, and advises the client on both new technology and mitigations to evolving threat.
Does this sound like your next best move? PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or related field), and 12+ years of related work experience with at least 9 years' experience as a system engineer.

Requires expert knowledge to effectively resolve highly-complex and difficult hardware, software, and/or integration problems for devising unique solutions to meet client requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to serve in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with team members, managers, and clients on highly-complex and difficult engineering/software issues pertaining to assigned tasks.
