Easton Velocity, a division of Easton Utilities, has an immediate opening for an Internet Technical Support Representative.
This person will be responsible for providing technical support to Cable TV, Internet, and Phone customers in the friendly, courteous manner to which our subscribers have become accustomed.
Candidate must be able to efficiently perform a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus, and troubleshooting email issues.
Candidate must possess a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and be available to work between the hours of 8:00am-9:00pm M-F and 9:00am-5:00pm Sat. This is a full time, non-exempt position.
